These general terms of sale ("Terms") govern sales between ONDE (onde.tn) and any person, private or professional, who places an order ("the Customer"), whatever the channel: the website order form, WhatsApp or phone.

Placing an order implies full acceptance of the Terms in force on the order date. They are governed by Tunisian law, including Law No. 2000-83 of 9 August 2000 on electronic exchanges and commerce and Law No. 92-117 of 7 December 1992 on consumer protection.

ONDE sells products fitted with an NFC chip and connected to a smart link (see "Smart-link service"):

• acrylic review stands (white or black);
• NFC cards;
• NFC keychains;
• NFC stickers;
• packs combining several of these products.

Photos and visuals are as accurate as possible; slight variations in shade or finish may occur without affecting use.

NFC taps work on iPhone XR, XS and newer and on Android smartphones with NFC (enabled). When a QR code is printed on the product, it leads to the same smart link and works with any smartphone camera.

Prices are shown in Tunisian dinars (DT). They are final prices: apart from any delivery fee, nothing is added.

The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed. ONDE may change its prices at any time, with no effect on orders already confirmed.

Promotional prices: when a product is on promotion (for example the launch price of the review stands), the regular price is shown struck through next to the promotional price, with a countdown to the end of the offer. When the offer ends, the regular price applies automatically.

The summary shown before confirmation details the item subtotal, any discount, the delivery fee and the total to pay.

To order, the Customer provides the products wanted and their details: name, Tunisian phone number, address, city and governorate (email optional). They may add their business name and the link each product should point to.

Each order gets a number (for example OND-1001). ONDE contacts the Customer by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it before shipping: the sale is concluded on this confirmation, which stands as the acceptance provided for by article 28 of Law No. 2000-83. On request, ONDE gives the Customer a written summary of their order.

ONDE may refuse or cancel an order if the information is incomplete or incorrect, if the Customer cannot be reached, or if the order looks abnormal. The Customer is informed, and nothing is owed since payment only happens on delivery.

Payment is made in cash, on delivery, to the courier, for the total amount shown when ordering. No advance payment is requested.

If other payment methods are offered in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly.

ONDE delivers to all 24 governorates of Tunisia, to the address given by the Customer.

• Delivery time: 3 days maximum after the order is confirmed, anywhere in Tunisia.
• Delivery fee: 7 DT per order.
• Free delivery when the item subtotal (before discount) reaches 99 DT.

If this deadline is missed for a reason attributable to ONDE, the Customer may refuse the parcel and pay nothing or, if they accepted it, return it as is within 10 working days of delivery: ONDE then refunds the amount paid and related costs within 10 working days of the return (article 31 of Law No. 2000-83).

If an event beyond our control (severe weather, strike, force majeure) exceptionally delays a delivery, ONDE lets the Customer know, and the Customer may then cancel the order at no cost.

On receipt, the Customer checks the parcel and reports any visible damage to the courier and to ONDE as soon as possible, ideally within 48 h, with photos.

If the Customer is repeatedly absent or refuses the parcel without good reason, ONDE may cancel the order.

Once an order has been delivered, the Customer gets a one-time 10% discount on their next order, under these conditions:

• the Customer is recognized by their phone number and must order with the same number;
• the discount applies to the item subtotal, excluding delivery;
• it is applied automatically and shown before the order is confirmed;
• it is a one-time benefit, usable only once per Customer; it also applies to displayed promotional prices, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash;
• if the discounted order is cancelled, the benefit is restored for the next order.

Defective or non-conforming product: if a product arrives damaged, its chip doesn't work or it doesn't match the order (for example a printing error on our side), the Customer reports it within 10 working days of delivery (photo or video on WhatsApp). ONDE offers a replacement; if the Customer prefers, they return the product and ONDE refunds the amount paid and related costs (delivery and return) within 10 working days of the return. A hidden defect discovered later remains covered by the legal warranties.

Right of withdrawal: under article 30 of Law No. 2000-83 of 9 August 2000, a consumer Customer may withdraw, without giving a reason, within 10 working days of receiving the product, by telling us on WhatsApp or by phone at +216 25 875 529. The product is returned complete and in good condition; return costs are borne by the Customer. ONDE refunds the amount paid within 10 working days of the product's return, by the method agreed with the Customer (cash, bank transfer or money order).

Under article 32 of the same law, withdrawal does not apply to products made to the Customer's specifications (for example printed with their business name or logo), except for apparent or hidden defects.

Not covered: damage caused by drops, misuse, modification of the product or normal wear.

Every ONDE product contains a permanent link of the form onde.tn/t/CODE, written to the chip only once and then locked. ONDE redirects this link to the destination chosen by the Customer: Google review page, social network, digital menu, website, contact card, and so on.

• The service is included in the product price, with no subscription.
• The Customer can ask to change the destination at any time (WhatsApp or phone): the change is applied remotely, with no reprint and no new chip.
• ONDE keeps the link active, with no time limit, for as long as the ONDE service operates; should it stop, Customers would be notified at least 3 months in advance.

The Customer is solely responsible for the content of the chosen destination and for following the rules of the platforms involved. For example, Google's rules forbid offering anything in exchange for a review.

ONDE may disable or suspend an abusive destination: unlawful, misleading, fraudulent (phishing) or malicious content, content infringing third-party rights, or content breaking platform rules. In urgent cases it may be disabled without notice; the Customer is then informed.

ONDE takes reasonable steps to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted (maintenance, third-party outage, phone compatibility).

Products benefit from the warranties provided by Tunisian law. ONDE provides a tool that makes leaving reviews easier: ONDE does not guarantee a number of reviews, a rating or any business result.

ONDE cannot be held liable for indirect damage, or for unavailability caused by a third party (mobile operator, destination platform, courier) or by force majeure.

The ONDE logo, the film, the 3D models and renders, photos, product artwork, texts and the website's own code are protected by copyright (Law No. 94-36 of 24 February 1994 on literary and artistic property, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2009-33 of 23 June 2009) and belong to ONDE; the ONDE name is protected as a distinctive sign. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, without ONDE's prior written permission is prohibited.

Buying a product does not transfer any rights in these creations to the Customer. The Customer keeps the rights to their logo, business name and any content they send us for personalization; they confirm they are entitled to use it and allow ONDE to reproduce it only to make their order.

Google, Apple, Meta, TikTok and the other brands mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners; ONDE is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies. Details are in our legal notice.

Data collected with an order is used only to process and deliver it, configure the smart links and apply the returning-customer offer. Details, including its hosting in the United Kingdom, are in our privacy policy.

These Terms are governed by Tunisian law. In case of a dispute, the Customer and ONDE first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent Tunisian courts will have jurisdiction.

ONDE may update these Terms at any time; the applicable version is the one in force on the order date.
